Facility Room Hire

St Andrews has a number of rooms available for hire during the day Monday - Friday and all day Saturday.  A description of each room and the cost of hireage are set out in the table below.

To make a booking to use the church facilities please contact the church office on (09) 438 1667 or email office@standrews.net.nz. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 2pm. Our office staff will ensure the date you have chosen is available and then send you a booking form.


roomThe HALL (pictured) accommodates 150 people seated auditorium style or up to 120 seated at tables. Trestle tables and round tables are available.

The LOUNGE has seating for up to 30 people. A comfortable area with chairs and coffee table. It has a sink, electric jug, small hot water zip and a projector screen. 

The LITTLE LOUNGE is suitable for small meetings.

The KITCHEN can be hired along with the above rooms.    It has a  hot-water zip, dish steriliser, fridge, two stoves and sinks, plus 100 arcroc cups and an assortment of plates and cutlery.



Tables, chairs and white boards are available for groups to use when they hire a room at St Andrews. St Andrews does not hire out data-projectors or musical equipment.

Hall $65 (½ day or evening)
Lounge $55 (½ day or evening)
Little Lounge $40 (1/2 day or evening)
Kitchen $40 (½ day or evening)
Whole complex $110 (½ day) $180 (full day)
