Girls’ Brigade 2nd Whangarei Company
‘Girls with skills, Christian qualities and values, to succeed in tomorrow’s world.’
The 25 strong Second Whangarei Girls’ Brigade Company is held on Thursday evenings during the school term at St Andrews. It has a programme of fun activities designed to educate, inspire and develop girls. It is run by three commissioned Girls’ Brigade leaders, with three assistant leaders. Church Parades are held twice a year at St Andrews.

 

1.  Girls Brigade invites you to join a fun and energetic group for girls and young women aged between 5 - 18 (mothers welcome too) who want to make the most out of life.  Our motto is 'to seek, Serve, and Follow Christ'.

Girls’ Brigade Meetings

The weekly meetings are held at St Andrews Church, Hunt Street, on Thursday evenings at the following times:

Juniors: ages 5 - 8   6:00—7:30
Seniors:  ages 9 -12  6:00—8:00
Pioneers: ages13 -18   6:00—8:00
